Products: About 50,000 square feet (4645 m2) of PAC-CLAD steel panels and flat stock finished in champagne metallic were installed. The panels were manufactured by Petersen Aluminum Corp., Elk Grove Village, Ill.

Fine Points: The 78,000-square-foot (7246-m2) facility includes a worship space, 250-seat chapel, fellowship hall, administrative offices and education wing. This church consolidated 1,600 families from six parishes that had buildings that were more than 100 years old. Six arches in the design represent the congregations and provide structural support. The metal panels include three profiles installed horizontally and vertically in varying planes. Most roof panels were 40-feet (12-m) long with a 8:12 (34-degree) slope. Locally mined native stone is incorporated into the design.
