Submissions
metalmag accepts articles and project submissions on an exclusive-only basis. Its editors and publishers will determine whether the information serves our readers' interests. If you are sending time-sensitive information, such as events or industry news, please send it at least two months in advance.

metalmag editors reserve the right to edit submitted articles for grammar and consistency. The editors follow style and grammatical rules in The Associated Press Stylebook. A final version of the article will be sent to you for approval before publication.

Consider the following when drafting your article:

Avoid promoting any particular product or company.
Please do not use footnotes. Cite any sources within the body of your article.
Include a brief bio at the end of the article with your title, company name and location, and how you can be reached (telephone number and e-mail address).
Technical articles may be reviewed by technical editors.

If you'd like to submit an exemplary metal project to be highlighted in the magazine's wall panel, residential, building green, interiors, roofs or retrofit sections or the feature, follow these guidelines:
Please include thorough information about the project, including metal products used and those involved in the project.
Because metalmag is a photo-intensive publication, please submit photos for consideration.
(Low-res photos on CD or via e-mail are acceptable at the time of submission.)
